A PLACE OF PEACE AND FREEDOM
Thessalon First Nation in partnership with Industry Canada (FEDNOR) have built a Business Support Centre unit, completed in 2013. The Centre primarily supports all business related activities to all members of the First Nation. There are tools and guides for business plan development including financial assessments and access to various funding sources. Waubetek Business Development Officer visits on a regular basis with Thessalon First Nation to offer further guidance and support. The Centre is equipped with desks and computers with the latest software and internet access for any member who wishes to use the facilities.
We will continue to offer business related workshops and training sessions when funding is available.
